Adaam and Yves Restaurant

My good friend Sean opened a new all Organic restaurant at Icon Plaza, Bonifacio Global City, very cutely called: Adaäm and Yves. The interiors, waiters uniforms, and even dish names are all very “Sean” and the moment I walked in, I felt like I was walking inside his instagram feed. Think: metal, concrete, black and clazz- with a double z. It’s very understated and effortlessly chic if you ask me.

But the best thing about this place?Definitely the food. Sean’s main Chef is a certified master in making delicious concoctions from healthy and organic ingredients- which is definitely also right up my alley. Here are some of the yummy dishes we tried:

So much congratulations are in order! Im so proud of Sean for actually realizing his dream and making this super good and legit resto! Next time I’m in Manila, you’ll know where to find me!
