In a desperate attempt to take a photo of my outfit on one gloomy rainy day, I posed in front of a willingly observant crowd inside Starbucks, and pleaded people to look in the other direction. Oh, the things I do for the love of this blog! You can even see the guard dressed in blue looking at my direction! He was probably thinking “Whats this crazy woman doing? Is there no Starbucks in Korea?!” One of the pluses of the influx of Koreans in the Philippines and my looking like one is that I can get away with socially awkward situations by pretending I’m a tourist! lol Oh well, at least I entertained a few people that day!
Anyway, on to my outfit. I toughened up a sweet white mullet dress with a motorcycle jacket/vest (sleeves cut off) and some spikey accessories. I actually took these shots right before heading to the airport to fly back to Cebu. It’s not exactly the perfect airport outfit, but my dazed and sleep deprived persona that week didn’t have time to assess my outfits before I packed them into my suitcase! Funny thing was, the guards at the airport kept asking if they could touch my bracelets, thinking it was a weapon! Good thing they still let me ride the plane!
