Last Friday, I was awarded by Candy Magazine as a Style Star in their first ever Style Awards. It was such an overwhelming honor to be recognized by such a prestigious publication- one that I’ve read since I was just a teen! Because of this, I flew to Manila no questions asked just to have my photoshoot and video interview with them! Thank you Candy for making me part of this!
For the big night, I chose to wear this stunning number from TFNC london. Because I was a walking stoplight, I wore nude pumps and simple crystal accessories (day to night look from my previous post.) What do you think?
Had such a blast together with my fellow awardees (L-R) Candy Mag’s Fashion Ed Sam Potenciano, Candy Mag’s EIC Marla Miniano, Patricia Prieto, Laureen Uy, Tricia Gosingtian, Me, Jaz Reyes, Camille Co and Sarah Labati.
The best part of the night was meeting all my crazy readers, getting to talk to some of them and share a few laughs with the others. One word to describe the experience would be: “GRABE!” I felt like such a rockstar! I’m so grateful that I started this blog and that it’s served as inspiration to many Candy girls out there. With all my heart, thank you so much to everyone, especially Candy Magazine for making this all possible!
