I always say you can get inspiration from everywhere, and this outfit proves it. If you guessed my inspiration to be the prison house or a dungeon cellar, you’re right! It may seem pretty morbid and so unlike me to think of dark things like that, but once it comes to dressing up, I like to play around. It doesn’t necessarily have to follow that a dark/scary inspiration will lead to an equally somber look. You just need to edit out the parts you don’t like, and be creative with the parts you want to work with.

Blood red velvet leggings and cage heels for the bad things that happen down there.

Silver accessories to keep the cold tone of the look and to represent metal.

But you would never have guessed that this look had such a dark undertone to it if I didn’t tell you, right? Especially when I looked like this the whole day!
and changed into sparkly flats when my feet grew tired!
It’s always fun creating stories behind your look (and shocking your friends with how weird they can be!) Don’t you agree?
