Geometric Eccentric

Isn’t this look absolutely hypnotic? And I mean that in the most literal sense! I got dizzy just by looking at the print on my skirt the whole day! (Sino naman kase nagsabing mag-spin ka in that skirt!) I wanted to play up the interesting shapes and lines of my maxi skirt when I wore this, so I purposely matched it with a cutout top (previously worn here)  that was equally hypnotic (but in the figurative sense!) I really love the luxe appeal that maxis bring to an outfit. Even if I just wore a plain v neck top with it, I’d still look like I made the effort to dress up! Plus, wearing them always makes me feel like a million bucks, because they feel like I’m wearing comfy pajamas!

Another thing worth noting is how I’m getting so into heels without platforms lately. The silhouettes are just sexier and more refined than the playful counterpart! What kind of heels are you into now a days?
