We have a bit of an issue here. My fashion sense has gone on jet-lag and has forgotten that black maxi’s with glamorous accessories and heels are meant for night time dressing! Well, here’s to keeping things interesting and feeling like we look good when we feel great! All kidding aside, I intentionally wore this dramatic number during a bright sunny day because I wanted to. It’s so much more fun to dress for yourself without having to think about what others might think! If they stop and stare (in a nice way) then, that’s just an added bonus! 
I really tried to keep the beauty of the long cotton maxi by going minimal with accessories and adding hints that would make it suitable for day. Pairing it with a leather brown belt (which is actually a detachable collar) was one interesting way of achieving that effect! Imagine this outfit with a slim gold belt- it would look totally different!
Added more brown “day” details in the form of my clutch bag. Again, imagine this look with a blinged out evening bag! It’s really all in the details!
I love how these heels make me look like I’m just walking on soles from afar! The suede nude tops are so similar to my skin tone! The effect is so awesome!
