
What do you think of this distressed stripe top? I made it myself!

Well, technically no. Lol. I got this fun top in the mail a few weeks ago, but it was just a few sizes too big for me. So, what’s a girl to do? DIY of course! Let me show you exactly what I did:

1. Measure the length you want to work with, and cut small straight strips up to that point.

2. Remove the tips of the shirt.

3. Stretch out each strand by softly pulling on them, and voila! You’re done!


I especially love the Soft gradient tips that Emle (IamEmle) dyed on the shirt, and her logo in the back. So street!


I paired this funky top with braided chain bracelets and a necklace in equally fun colors.



Toned the whole look down with some neutral browns, and I was good to go!
