Life’s a Beach

I love beaches. The smell of the sandy shores, hot sun on your back, sea breeze on your hair- all that jazz. I grew up spending most weekends at the beach with my family, and every time I see the far stretch of blue on blue, I never fail to get excited. A few weeks ago, I was invited to an intimate press launch for Zalora, an online e-commerce store which will soon carry WAGW. I already knew what Zalora was, since we’ve already met with them numerous times and signed up under them, but once I heard the event was at a resort, I just couldn’t refuse! I dragged my beautiful sisters with me and off we went to Be Resorts in Mactan Island.

I wore my beautiful tulle maxi from iAnyWear with my cropped peek-a-boo top, that I altered from it’s original dress form. The two pieces matched so well with each other, people kept complimenting it and assuming it was a single dress! (Even the videographer from Star World who interviewed me loved it, and he was a guy!) In order to keep it beach appropriate, I wore my favorite Zara sandals, a bright color block clutch and my feeling-indie single feather earring. What do you think about my look?
