Pastels and Neon

I wore this look to the airport on my way to Manila last week. I wanted to be comfortable for the one hour journey, so I opted for these garter shorts and a loose polo. It was sooo comfortable that I slept like a baby in the plane! I also needed to wear shoes that I could match with most of the outfits I packed, so I went for these simple nude ballet flats from Zara. I wear them all the time precisely for that reason! Because the look was so plain and simple, I made sure to add a factor of interest to keep things alive. I decided to color block, but this time, playing with pastel and neon hues. The resulting look was so cute, I can’t wait to try it again!

I chose accessories that would easily match the faded colors on my top so that my look would remain clean and crisp. My powder pink necklace and ring were perfect!

Look at these ballet flats! You can already imagine how versatile they are. You can wear them with simple skinny jeans or a pretty dress, and they would still look fab! I’m sure you can tell how often I wear them because one of the studs are already missing! lol Can you tell which one?

What do you think about this casual look?

Covetz polo, Romwe shorts, Zara sandals (similar here), Love Eye Candy necklace

hype this look on lookbook and chictopia!

P.S.

Stay tuned for a lot of awesome posts about my Manila Trip!
