The only day I have off work is on Sunday, and I take that day to relax, revive and relive my comfortable dressing days. That means sundays usually call for loose pieces that I can freely move around in, light make up and of course, flats! I hate to break it to you fashion authorities, but I have a no-heels-allowed rule for Sundays! I’ve been a performing artist for years (from ballet to contemporary) which means my feet have been battered enough! That, coupled with my platform addiction, beg my flats to come to the rescue at least once a week!
My usual solution to dress-down days is going for a bohemian look. Maxi skirts/pants give the illusion of effortless glamour, especially when paired with an easy fuss free top and thrown on accessories!
Arm party! I love coming up with combinations for this trend!
Another addiction of mine? Cute iPhone accessories! I can’t count how many iPhone cases I have stashed back home! Probably enough to change my case daily, depending on my outfit!
Floppy hats (or any hats for that matter) seem like a piece your outfit can easily forgo, but they add so much impact to your overall look once you have it on! Try taking a photo of yourself with a hat and without it. The difference is huge!
