Aside from keeping a healthy closet of clothes, I also maintain a beauty loot that will allow me to play with different looks and techniques! Here’s a sneak peek at what I keep inside my vanity dresser as of the moment. To all of the readers who have asked me to make a video tutorial on my make-up, I promise I will try to record one before the year ends lol! I know it’s been more than two years since I promised that, but this year is the year! Haha hope you can stay tuned for that!
I love putting on make up because it makes me feel like an artist painting a picture! That’s why I always make sure my collection is up to date (not expired) and full of options! I personally don’t like scrimping on makeup because I’ve read so many horror stories about finding unhealthy chemicals in them like LEAD and other things that might cause breakouts or allergies. It’s for your face anyways, so might as well make sure you’re not applying anything unwanted up there!

On the right hand side of my desk, I keep my thin make-up brushes (for eyes and lips) composed mostly of MAC and Dashe Cosmetics brushes, Kiehl’s lotion, BB cream from Missha Korea, MAC Make-up remover (I use MAC for erasing small make-up mistakes and Shu Uemura cleansing oil for removing make-up fully), Estee Lauder BB cream and primer, Shu Uemura Face Architect foundation, Powdered sunblock and a small bottle of alcohol (to clean smudges on my table/brushes/palettes).

I got this long accessory organizer from SM Accessories and decided to use it to store my make up! It’s perfect, and usually holds the palettes I haven’t used yet. I love it because I can easily see all the small pots and boxes without having to search for them inside a drawer! There are a lot of items up there but some of my favorites include my Duo Eyelash glue, Shu Uemura concealer, MAC brow kit and Frou Frou mirror with LED light.

Inside my left drawer, I store my Rubis plucker, Shu Uemura eye lash curler, various mascaras including my two favorites: Maybelline Volume Express and YSL (I forgot what it’s called), and a whole lot of eyeliners.

The middle drawer houses my MAC powder and cheek partners: Sephora Sculpting Disk, MAC bronzer, Nars Orgasm blush (I know I know, it looks so gross, I saw it was dirty and tried to alcohol it clean, but it ended up looking like that hahaha), Rimmel bronzer, Milani highlighter and MAC prep and prime loose powder.

The right most drawer holds all my false eyelashes, oil control sheets and unused eye shadow palettes.

The very center of my desk is all about lipstick and eye shadow. I have an array of lippies from MAC, Topshop, NYX (cheap find and favorite!), Estee Lauder and YSL. My eye shadow favorites include palettes from Nyx, Urban Decay, Sephora, Bare Minerals and a bronzer/highlighter kit from Nars.
What do you think of my collection?
