These past two weeks alone, I’ve been to Manila and back to Cebu at least three times already! Having a reason to fly to the big city is always welcome (it’s work, but who’s complaining?). The only downside is having such a hard time planning my stay! Aside from our house in Manila being away from where my meetings, shoots, and events usually are, I don’t have a driver to take me around, and I’m too much of a sheltered wuss to ride a cab by myself (especially in my high heels and high slits!) So, even if I’d want to extend my stay in Manila for reasons beyond work, I find it such a huge effort to do so!
One of the solutions to this problem that I’m thinking of is getting myself a condo with a convenient location. Enter Avida Towers Centera! It’s located along EDSA and right in the middle of Makati, Manila, and QC, making it easy to access a lot of commercial centers and offices. So whether I’m in Manila for WAGW (We’re conveniently located inside The Ramp in Glorietta and Trinoma) or for new collaborations with brands, I’m easily accessible to everyone!
Plus, with the first two floors of the 4-tower development being a retail area, I wouldn’t need to worry about emergencies (fashion, beauty, or health!) cause I can easily head down and grab what I need! Right now, I really need a place “where everything is built in” and that’s exactly what Avida Towers Centera is. Agree? Plus, it doesn’t cost as much as most of the other condos out there, which is greaaaat for me cause you know… money doesn’t grow on trees! And when you start paying for things yourself (which I’ve successfully been doing since I graduated), you’ll really see the value of thrifting up! I’m a huge fan of your blog – I love your style and it’s really inspirational how you’ve turned your passion for fashion (hehe) into a career.
May I ask though, is it intentional that you’re (almost) always on your tippy-toes, even when wearing flat shoes? Your legs are already sooooooo long! And I find that it makes it a little bit harder to see how the outfit actually looks like with the shoes you’ve matched it with, unless you do actually walk around like that. 🙂
