Strange how my little “life advices” relate to what I’m wearing sometimes. Lol. Today’s food for thought is about how twisted rumors can get. Considering most of my readers are still in school, I thought this would be a topic a lot can relate to. Life isn’t perfect and you can’t please everyone. On top of that, there will always be people who don’t like you, and find ways to pull you down. I don’t know why, and I don’t know what they get out of it, but it’s inevitable. And while you’re dealing with these hurtful things (especially when in school, and in the same circle of gossip girls and boys), you need to toughen up and realize that the truth will always come out. Ignore the nay sayers and protect your feelings, sometimes you even need to cage up your emotions (like how I caged up my top here, get it, get it?) (okay, that was a lame reference) (and fine, i’ll stop talking in parentheses). If you know you haven’t done anything wrong, it will show. And those who don’t put their faith in you… well, at least you’ll know who your real friends are. Right? 
Okay, now on to my outfit. I wore my top backwards to create a more interesting “cage” effect, and topped off my look with a blazer to cover up and keep it corporate chic. Then I cinched up my waist with a brown mens belt- which turns out to be very parisian chic. What do you think?
