As if our trip couldn’t get any luckier, Slater got a message from his cousin who had apparently already moved to SF. He had no idea she was there! We had lunch together at The Cliffhouse, a fancy fine dining resto over looking a massive view of the Pacific Ocean (whaaaat!). After stuffing ourselves silly, we she offered to take us around for a full day to a place we never even knew existed- Sutro Baths. It’s a run down public bath with this crazy view. What you see me standing on are the remains of the structure of the bath. Can you guys imagine swimming in an indoor pool with a view like this? Ah-mazing. Even if it was such a gloomy day, I was smiling from ear to ear, just because- how can you not? The world is crazy beautiful, isn’t it? It’s times like this that remind me just how small we really are in the grand scheme of things. It’s all about perspective.
