Tomorrow

The sun will come out tomorrow! And another thing happening? We’re opening our third WAGW Manila branch at Crossings Glorietta! I’m flying in for the day just to help set up and stuff, so if you’re in the area, hope you can swing by in the afternoon and check out our new space!

Anyway, on to my outfit. I was feeling a bit romantic so I decided to throw on a sexy corset top in a pretty floral print and play up the cuteness with electric pleat palazzo pants. Corsets are usually so fitting that wearing them with casual jeans, shorts or skirts could make you look borderline slutty. To ease up on that, I chose a loose pair of bottoms that still exuded the same romantic flair I was going for!

I love how this particular corset has a peplum bottom! Such a small unique detail completely transforms it into a charming piece as opposed to its sex-bomb counterparts! My pants perfectly waterfall-ed underneath the peplum, giving it such a dreamy effect!

I’m really not into over accessorizing now a days, so these bracelets and the earrings above were the only things I had on me. I think minimal accessories give such a huge statement. They make you look confident, crisp and less cluttered. But of course, there is a time and place for everything, so I’m gonna be eating my words when I decide to pile them all on again!

I wore a simple belt on my waist to emphasize the unique cut of the top. As you can see, the belt was too loose for me (as is most of my wardrobe) so I just moved the hook to the side to keep it in place! Of course, you can always add additional belt holes if you have a puncher, or if you shop at WAGW and buy a belt there, we can add them for you!

What do you think about my look?

Runway Dreams corset, Cole Vintage pants, Call It Spring sandals, SM Accessories belt, Moms vintage earrings, Eazy Fashion bracelets

hype this look on lookbook and chictopia!

I know how you feel about the belts (and clothes) being a bit bigger on you than on anyone else, haha! It’s one of the challenges of being petite :P My mom always tells me though, “Petite ka nga, at least cute naman.” hahaha!
