Another day, another vlog! This time we go iPhone only and show you a very RAW version of our day. *hopefully YOUTUBE doesn’t take it down this time!
We start off with a visit to the doctor for Scott’s monthly vaccines. He is such a good and strong boy and is never scared to see his favorite doctor. We also learned the cause for his itchy skin- wetness! We shower him about 5x a day + we play with water a lot- like swimming or gardening. It was a relief to know that this is probably what is causing Scottie’s skin to dry up and become itchy. We always make sure to use his Aveeno Baby Cleansing Therapy Wash + Aveeno Baby Soothing Relief Cream after every wash to make sure his skin is rehydrated. His pediatrician said it’s a great way to replenish moisture in his skin since the washing is really inevitable.
*Yes, this video is sponsored by Aveeno! (Thanks Aveeno!) Though you guys know that even if it wasn’t, we still use their products on the daily!
I use it too! I discovered the brand when I was preggo and needed a lot of moisturizing on my belly and skin, and I’ve been using it ever since. It helps with keeping my hands hydrated after constant washing. I use the Aveeno Skin Relief Body Wash and Lotion every day ( I use the 1L tub!) and when I have flare-ups, I use the Aveeno Dermexa. Slater doesn’t mind it cause it’s fragrance-free, so I’m free to reapply as much as I want! (Remember the times he used to make me wash the lotion off because he didn’t like the smell!?? That doesn’t happen anymore, thankfully!)
We also have a lot of playtime in this video with Scottie, which I’m sure you’ll enjoy as much as we did! Happy watching!
