What my body (REALLY) looks like after pregnancy

Hi guys! I hope you’re all having an awesome week so far.

I want to be real honest and share with you something different today. Aside from post-partum must-haves, and our little daily vlogs, I wanted to go even closer and show you guys exactly what my body looks like 2 months postpartum- lines, flabs and all.

I’ve shared a couple of posts over on Instagram, showing the realities of being a new momma- body included. Have you guys seen it? If not, do head over there and give me a follow for more real-time updates! (

My body has absolutely changed. Not for the worse- but definitely different. I’ve got a mom bod now- and I’m proud of it. This amazing body has formed, birthed and nourished our little boy and I’m constantly amazed at what it is capable of. It’s not the size or shape that matters, and if you’re a momma too, I hope you know that!

Of course, I still want to eventually look fit again, but it’s definitely not a priority. I’m working with my body and Scottie’s schedule day by day and taking it slow and easy. When I get to work out- I will! And if I can’t, I won’t beat myself up over it. Being with my baby and taking care of myself is taking the front seat. I’ll cherish these moments with Baby Scottie needing me 24/7, and find time to treat myself to some donuts and cookies while I’m at it!

  1. Hello, Kryz! We gave birth on the same day btw; gained 20kls only to lose 10 after giving birth

What do you supplement your hunger pangs though esp for us breastfeeding moms? 😁

  2. You’re such a selfless mom, a GREAT MOM actually.
U can catch making your body in its perfect shape anytime but Scot’s time as he grows is irreversible and can’t be rewinded.
Thanks for that. I’ll keep myself reminded when i’m in the situation..
    God bless SKYfam..

  3. Mama I think your body is amazing. Its been 9 months and im still 125 vs 114 before pregnancy(full time bfeeding) no diet, work out here and there, and I don’t feel pressure nor in rush to get my body back. It takes so much time and energy to fully breastfeed day and night and I totally feel you! Xoxo

  4. I love your take on how your body grows and changed. Well said for every women to hear.✨
