After I gave birth, I had my own set of expectations- long recovery, little sleep, maybe even hormone-induced post-partum depression, or getting extra annoyed at the little things. But boy oh boy… the things I’m gonna talk about today? I did not see them coming.

When you give birth, you’re immediately thrown into “The Fourth Trimester.” The one you are prepared for the least, but the hardest one to deal with. It’s the first three months with your newborn child- getting to know each other, adjusting, coping, and the biggest challenge of all… breastfeeding! Oh, I can spend days talking about my breastfeeding journey so far! But I’ll save that for another video.

If you guys want to know what is REALLY happening right now- especially the things no one tells you- then grab a cup of coffee or tea, sit down with me, and let’s chat!

  1. Ahhhhh I totally remembered how the first 3months feels mommy Kryz! Thank you for reminding me. All you mentioned on the vlog is totally not 100% true. I remembered on the first two weeks after giving birth my husband literally wakes up with me gets me my water bottle and most of the time feeds me while baby is latched on the boob. Even if we don’t exercise as much as before, breastfeeding is a workout!
Stay safe and to more months if breastfeeding!🥰🥰🥰
