Gardens By The Bay

Uh oh! Major backlog coming for you today! This post is 3 months late, and it’s not entirely my fault (excuses excuses!) You see, the top I’m wearing here is part of my exclusive collection for Romwe, and I couldn’t release this post before it became available online! So technically, it’s really not my fault. lol But anyway, enough of the self defense and on to my last day in Singapore!

I don’t know if you remember me saying this, but that trip was a Daddy’s day date and I’m so happy that my dad was so game to climb up the towers with me AND take my outfit shots! *Best Dad Award!!!* He even took these landscape photos of the view! I tried my best to highlight the background, but the haze in Singapore at that time made it super foggy!

Totally random but look at this little bug! Any idea what it is? I was testing out the autofocus and macro capabilities of my Fujifilm XE1 (which I’ve been using for all posts since June) and I have to say- not half bad!

Gardens by the Bay was absolutely breathtaking! If only we had landscapers who could create something like this in the Philippines! It shouldn’t be that hard considering all the natural resources we have, right?

As for my outfit, I made sure to look as touristy as possible- which necessitated an annoyingly colorful matchy matchy look! Even my nails were yellow! lol

  4. kryz, if you havent worn a pair of shoes for a long time and just keep it in the box, does the leather chip off? i have a pair i havent worn for a long time, it just stayed in the box but there was dessicant. i wear it for special occasions, around once in every 6 months. now, the leather chipped off. is that normal if u let it stay in the box always? there was dessicant but it still chipped off. would it help if i took it out of the box and expose it to sunlight and air once in a while? or it would still chip off? i have a pair i wear always and it lasted longer. ive been wearing it for a long time but the leather never chipped off. and it wasnt real leather, just the fancy one. im sure you have a lot of shoes so there must be some you havent worn for a long time. how do you prevent the leather from chipping off?

          1. oh so it’s basically because i stored them in the box? if i placed them outside but still dont wear them often, it wont deteriorate right? because i heard that if you havent worn a pair of sandals for a long time, it deteriorates and the straps get detached.

    I’m a great fan of yours… Eversince my officemate introduced your blog/website to me, I couldn’t stop myself from loving your style of fashion, your travel and your ideas… I’m working in one of the call centres here in cebu, but I didn’t grew up here…originally I’m from Zamboanga City(small city in region 9, Mindanao). At work, whenever I’m on break (either 15 mins breaktime or lunchbreak) I read your blogs, and excited everyday that you might post something new (new style and new adventure), and you didn’t fail… 🙂 I think you’re such a talented person to have great ideas on fashion, photography, travel and business. At the end of the day, It’s not about the expensive clothes that you introduce to us, It’s about how you carry yourself for us to have confidence too to wear those kind of clothings too and doesn’t have any doubts in mix matching colours. I hope that you’ll continue to inspire us…
