Wrap Around

Cropped tops and Pencil skirts, now that’s a trend I’m currently loving. A year ago, I never would have predicted this trend  to resurface, and I never thought it would look good, but here we are! I love the fashion cycle and how history repeats itself through clothes. Right now, the 90s is is everywhere! I wonder what’s next. Do you ever think about what might become a hit again? Or what you swear on your grave you will never wear- even if everyone else is sooo in to it? Those flared denim jeans with the embroidery perhaps, or the once popular Jolina Butterfly clips? *insert soft cry of shame here* I’d love to know what you guys used to wear (especially the funny ones!) and what you want to wear again! Do leave a comment and lets all share a laugh together!

Sabrina top (similar here) and skirt (similar here), Aldo heels, Tracyeinny bag, SM Accessories hat (similar here), Hypergrand watch

hype this look on lookbook and chictopia!

  1. I don’t remember clearly those 90’s style I used to wear. But I remember those times we used to tie jacket around the waist. Hahaha. Also my mother used to put many clips on my hair (different colors pa!) I didn’t argue because I was still a kid. Hahaha. No ideas of fashion statements yet.

  2. Knee-high socks! UGH! I can’t believe my fashion-conscious mom let me out in those. Even though I started picking my own outfits at an early age, she still should have stopped me!

By the way, I am also loving this trend, but I really haven’t been able to indulge in it because I am a student and my going out mostly revolves around going and coming from school and some mall shopping in between. lol That’s it.

  3. Bright colored pleather pants… OMG those were horrific! lol I love seeing hints of past decades in clothes now. Not enough to be a total rewind in time but enough to mesh well with its modern counterpart 🙂
