The Stress is real!
We aren’t over reacting. The stress and skin damage correlation is real! When we are stressed, our body produces cortisol (the stress hormone) and adrenaline. This leads to neurological inflammation which tells our nerves to respond in inflammation on the skin! The more inflammation we have in the body, the faster we age. The next time you are caught in a pressuring situation, just think of the physical dryness, fine lines, wrinkles, redness, and breakouts that dwelling on it will cause! You better Wooosaaaaah as fast as you can, grab some healthy comfort food, maybe throw in some fish oil and find your zen!

Imagine all the dirt flying around in the air: dust, petrol, paint fumes, auto emissions etc.!
