Curating your feed and making sure that all photos look put-together is NO JOKE! A perfect feed requires time, effort and a good eye for making things look extra photo-worthy. If you’re a constant traveler, it’s a whole lot easier. But for those stuck in the city? We need to get creative! As much as I love living in the Philippines, most of our streets look raw and dirty- which doesn’t exactly work for shooting glam or girly looks. My advice? Scour the metro for cute instagrammable cafes to serve as backdrops for your next OOTD.
I’m dedicating this post to all my Cebuano readers out there because most of the content I see online is about big city Manila. I’m not to about to leave my hometown hangin, so Cebu, here are the top seven places you should check out to get to your #feedgoals.
1. Abaca Baking Company
Aside from their good quality food (drooling over their omelettes and pastries as I write this) – this place is seriously so aesthetically pleasing. Every branch has some cool art display (which you can buy, btw!) and good natural light. Plus, their walls have their trademark doodles in black and white, drawn by a Cebuano artist!
Locations:
Robinson’s Galleria, Cebu
Paseo Arcenas, Banawa
I.T. Park Cebu, Filinvest Cyberzone
Crossroads Mall, Banilad
Ayala Center Cebu, The Terraces
Ayala Center Cebu, Rustan’s
Robinson’s Cybergate, Cebu
I.T. Park Cebu, TGU Tower
SM City Cebu, Northwing

2. Yolk – Coffee & Breakfast
If you’re looking for a new place to have brunch with your better half or just with your gurlfraands then you should definitely check this place out! It has a hip homey vibe that’ll definitely make you feel good + I heard their coffee is spot on too!
Location: 80 Tres Borces Street, Mabolo, Cebu City & at Filinvest Cyberzone (just beside I.T Park)
Check their official Facebook page here
3. Juiceria Juice Bar
Location: Bonifacio District, F. Cabahug St., Cebu City
Pink, fresh and oh so 90s. I’m obsessed with their healthy food selection, art magazines, and plants for sale! Their interiors are spot on – every angle, literally, is insta-worthy!

- Balai by Café Plus
Location: A. S. Fortuna St, Mandaue City, Cebu
It’s been one of my go-to coffee shops (Ienne, the girl running it used to be my seatmate in highschool!) In fact, I had my celebratory dinner there with my team for my 10-year Blogaversary! You’ll definitely love taking pictures outdoors since they have the veranda-type setting. Or opt for the dim lights and romantic feel indoors, especially when it’s night time!

5. Circa 1900
Location: Sanjercas Ville Ext Rd, Cebu City
Circa is an old school Filipino house but revamped with an all-white fresh exterior. It’s surrounded by pocket gardens and green lawns – so you can shoot with big groups or try a cute little picnic setting.

6. La Vie in the Sky
Location: Cebu Tops Rd, Cebu City
I’m definitely into places where I could dine with a view. The food needs a little help (tbh) but La Vie in the Sky is the perfect location for a romantic dinner with your better half or celebrating wine night with a couple of your friends. It’s quite a drive but I swear, it’ll be worth it (just imagine the skyline photos you’ll capture while drinking your favorite glass of wine.) If you don’t fancy the outdoors, fear not! They have a ton of rooms with quirky decorations for you to choose from too. Even the lighting near their staircase is cute!

7. The Purveyor Coffee
Location: Unit G-10 Ground Floor 4J Bldg (Sampaguita Suites, General Maxilom Ave, Cebu City
It’s a new café in town and although I haven’t visited it yet, the photos look bright, white and definitely IG worthy.
