days at home waiting for baby 3 at 38 weeks, simple father’s day, trying to induce labor naturally

We are 38 weeks in, in the middle of June- and still…baby little cute doesn’t want to come out! Either my tummy must be super comfy, or he’s dreading the household noise he will have to be part of once he is out lol. The kids are super excited to meet their little brother though, and of course, so are Slater and I!

Speaking of hubs, I am so so so grateful for him. In spite of being insanely busy for work, he still manages to be present for me and the kids at home, especially at this time when I need him the most. Without me asking, he takes such a weight of my shoulders when he spends time with the boys before and after work. It’s the only time of the day I can lock myself up in the room and be by myself! (Moms can relate about how necessary this is lol) I know he has so much on his plate, but he never forget’s his priorities and always makes us feel loved and important. Thank you hubs, for being such a great dad. It’s truly a joy to witness your growth as a man, husband and father. Happy Father’s Day!

Meanwhile, this very pregnant mama is on a mission… to get little cute out! Here are a few of the things I’ve been trying to naturally induce labor. All these on top of birthing ball workouts, drinking raspberry leaf tea and pineapples. Shall we see what happens? When do you guys think he’s coming out? Ahhh all I can think about is holding him in my arms and of course… not being pregnant anymore! Good bye nausea, acid reflux, restless leg syndrome and back pain (I hope!) Exciting days to come, #skyfam!
