Welcome back to the #skypod series! It’s been a while.
I’ve been feeling so balanced lately, and I definitely think it’s because hubs and I finally got to take some time off. It was refreshing to have a change of pace, and now that I’m back, I’m definitely ready to be the best version of myself I can be for my family.
We start the vlog with an obstacle course using very limited and budgeted stuff we found around the house (lol). Scott has been asking me to prepare one for him, ever since we did it the first time and I just never found the time or energy to do it. But, as I like to teach my kids, a promise is a promise, so I delivered! Just… in an “organic” way lol.
My fave part of every morning is something I rarely get to film for the vlog. It’s the few minutes after we all wake up, before we head out of the room. Those moments are so precious. And while it’s quite hard to capture them when you are sleep deprived and still have morning gunk in your eyes, I’m quite thankful I remembered to grab my camera today. I’m happy to capture this sweet convo with Tobi, which I will cherish forever, even if it is quite random. I’m sure these will fly by so quickly.
Lastly, my youngest, Saxon, is growing up so fast. He is so adorable, silly and smart and I just can not get over him. (Maybe especially because he is starting to look more and more like me? Do you agree?) Now, if only he could finally say “ma ma!”
