Our Honeymoon at the Maasai Mara

You know that from the time we took the plane flight from Manila, I’ve been restless… I mean, we’re going to AFRICA!

I still can’t believe the trip is over. (Why is it overrrr…?)

I’m still getting the high of this special adventure and I feel so happy Slater and I made this trip our honeymoon trip. This is so memorable in all ways and I just can’t help but thank the universe that we were able to make this happen.

A lot of planning helped too! We decided to make the most out of our Safari trip and to make it as epic as possible. From thinking about what to wear, where to go and what to bring, all I can say is that we were ready for the jungle adventure!

🎶Ah zabenya…🎶

Our day one started with a quick tour around our own villa. Kenya is so beautiful and I’m happy we were able to go there when it’s not too hot or too rainy. Slater and I made sure we’re prepared for the trip and with our gears and boots on, we journeyed around the plains to fill our eyes and hearts with what Maasai Mara has to offer.

Have you ever been half foot close to these majestic creatures? I swear that I was out of my mind for a bit trying to process the entire moment. I had a memorable pause and felt like I went straight to nirvana. I felt an overwhelming joy and just cried. Good thing I still have some earth-sense and remembered to take this one photo. This will forever be the one of greatest photo I have taken and this will definitely be framed and posted.

Our adventure in Maasai Mara is definitely one for the book. I can’t help but to be nostalgic while putting this all together so I can share it with you guys.

So, if you haven’t checked the vlog yet, I formally invite you to join me as I show you around! Click below!
