Finally went on a sister trip with my sister Jack after ages! She used to travel with me all the time before I got married and had kids. To have her by my side again was so special. We are alike in so many ways, so naturally, traveling with her is just the perfect match. We were able to hit all our brunch spots, go vintage and crafts shopping and talk non stop just to catch up. How lucky am I to have such a close connection with my sister? It’s really the best feeling.
For the second half of our trip, we met up with the Happy Skin girls for their launch of the new Happy Skin Hair Care line made in Japan. My fave variant is the Soft and Smooth one. Actually, I’m writing this now with wet hair and still smelling the fragrances from that very shampoo. Smells amazing! You guys should try it. It’s a bit pricey, but knowing the science that went into it really made me understand the thought and effort that goes into each bottle.
The trip ended on my birthday and I wasn’t able to capture much for the vlog anymore. I am so thankful for these girls celebrating with me. Though simply, It meant a lot. The feminine energy was just what I needed to recharge.
