Belated Happy Chinese New Year, skyfam! How did you celebrate?
My mom made me do a DIY fortune tree with some really strange ingredients. Rice, ginger, chocolate and some rolled up cash? These just might be the reason for a successful 2023 lol. Whatever these silly superstitions and traditions may be, I am happy to be doing them. Firstly, to make my mom feel like I value what she values, and second, because it’s just a lot of fun to celebrate life’s little holidays in whatever way we can. Otherwise, gosh… life would be so boring!
Yaya Rea was sick for a few days, so I stepped in as Scottie boo’s yaya for the day. We had a little sleep over (which he now constantly asks for!) and spent the whole day together! Slater and I took turns giving him things to do. During CNY itself, he took him to the temple with his grandmother while I got busy with hair and make up for the Unbox Cebu event. My brother opened up a franchise in Central Bloc mall, IT park cebu and invited us to cut the ribbon during the blessing. When we got there… man! We got a craaaazy warm skyfam welcome!
We are so so so very thankful that each one of you took the time out to drop by and say hi!!! I wish we could have had coffee, or chatted or even taken more pics together…but the logistics was just impossible. Grabe kayo #skyfam! We love you so so much and thank you again sa lahat! ❤️
