I’ve always had a great relationship with food. Who doesn’t, anyway?
But more than satisfying random cravings, I chose to have a healthy relationship with food by
becoming a pescetarian.
I also promised myself to pay more attention to what goes into my body.
Like you guys, I work so hard to have a sound mind and body, and so I commit to being mindful with my food intake.
A lot of you messaged me on how I prepare my daily meals, true to the diet I chose to live with.
So I headed to the #SkyKitchen and fixed some meals to share with you guys.
Here’s my quick drink fix to start the day:
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So, I make myself a special green smoothie to load up on the natural vitamins my body needs.
For lunch, I want a light but nutritious meal that will help give me the energy to be on my toes for the rest of the day. I made my own Savory Rolled Oatmeal recipe and I hope you try it at home.
Yes – I crave for snacks. But even when I feel the urge for munching, instead of going for a bag of chips, I snack on cucumbers and pair it up with own almond butter!
Come dinner time, this Sauteed Sayote, Quinoa Rice and White Fish Fillet combo is my five-star meal choice.
Smoothie? Go with a Strawberry fix!
Adding a disclaimer here that I am still learning my way around the kitchen – so be kind even if I messed up a process or two. 😉

OOh, I’ve never had savoury oatmeal but that looks good!
The Quirky Queer
You definitely should try it! 🙌🏼❤️
Thank you for your wonderful recipes! I’ll be keeping this in my bookmarks. May I know what brand of organic soy sauce you used? Also, is it advisable to use quick-cook or instant oats? x
