Everyone loves maxi dresses but they can be such a pain when walking up the stairs or when they’re too long to wear sandals with, right? So when I saw this perfectly cut mullet skirt on a maxi silhouette, I jumped right in it! It also helps that there’s a cute little peek-a-boo detail at the back (and you guys know how I loooove those little surprises!) All I needed to do was slip on this dress and without even having to think of anything to match it with, I already felt like it was a “BOOM. DIVA. moment“!

Blemish Be Gone

It’s out! I can finally share with you my latest new discovery and addiction! Last month, I flew to Manila to shoot a print ad for The Celeteque DermoScience Brightening Multi Benefit BB Cream. When I was asked what I consider the most important part of my make up regimen, I honestly answered that it was to have a good clean base. Yes, that’s easily achievable by layers of thick foundation, but for everyday looks, you need to let your skin breathe! Thats why I soley rely on BB creams to give me the coverage I need for the day. And when I tried out Celeteque’s version, I was sold! Not only did it replace my need for foundation, it also acts to whiten my dark spots and freckles (I have a lot of them!) in the process! Plus for a woman on the go like me, having it all in one bottle for convenience is very important. Celeteque DermoScience BB Cream has been my best friend for the past few months, and I’m so glad I discovered it! For the shoot, Dr. Eric Schweiger and I were interviewed and here’s what we had to say:

Breakfast with the boys

The title of this post sounds really juicy, and for those of you who are sports fans, you’ll get a kick out of this. Our last morning at Pangalusian El Nido was spent having breakfast with Basketball player Chris Tiu and the Askal’s Younghusbands to talk about their male care products of choice: Rexona, Master and Dove Men. It was fun to hear them tease each other and find out what they do to maintain their “gwapo boy” images while in the rough field of sports! Just goes to show how important good grooming is, even to the lalaking lalaki’s out there!

It breaks my heart looking at this photo knowing I’ve said my goodbye’s to this island paradise! Thank you Unilever for this awesome experience. Definitely one for the books!
